Our classic flow is a series of mindful movements, exploring both physical and spiritual aspects of the body. We link poses with the breath, while incorporating strength, balance and stretching.

Slowwwwwww your body and mind down with this slow moving class. This flow focuses on form and alignment to improve your yoga practice. If you are new to yoga, this class is recommended for you!
Kind of like a yin/yang class. Flow and then let go. This class begins with fast paced movements, and ends with a series of still poses. Don't worry, you will still work up a sweat in this class (unless you don't want to, then you didn't hear it from us).
Welcome to our ONLY themed class. It's kind of like our Soluna Classic, but more fun. Flow to your favourite music genres and artists! Let the music guide you as you jam out to your favourite tunes while moving the body. Recommendations are always welcome!
This class is a blend of dance, yoga and pilates. We use the ballet barre as stability to help our balance and test our strength. And no, don’t worry- you don’t need to have a dance background to enjoy this fun class!
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. You will feel long and lengthened by the end of this class.
