FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Useful Information

First time? Don’t sweat it (or do- in the studio, of course). We have beginner classes every day of the week. Here’s what we recommend: Soluna Slow and Soluna Blend.

At this time, we recommend you create an account at this link and schedule your class before you show up. We will not be accepting any in-studio payments at this time.

  • Blocks, bolsters for class.

  • Showers and change rooms with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

  • Cool face towels at the end of every class.

We ask that yogi's bring their own mats and towels if they can, however, we do provide mat and towel rentals for $2. Complimentary cooled face towel at the end of every class.

We are not accepting walk- ins at this time, due to COVID-19. You must book your class online before entering the studio. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get set up. We recommend bringing a water bottle, towel and a mat.

Yoga is all about strength, balance and flexibility in both the body and the mind. We offer a variety of different classes, but here are some of the benefits you can typically expect: increased flexibility/mobility, increased muscle strength, full body toning, improved energy & circulation, protection and recovery from injury and sense of peace- physically and mentally. We can almost promise you’ll leave our studio feeling more energized than you did walking in.

Our studio does have a designated parking lot that is shared with the medical building- free of charge.

Your membership will activate on the date you take your first class- not the date of purchase.

We offer 3 different levels of heat. Warm, hot and room temperature classes are available! Check out our schedule to see when.

Even if you practice once a week, you’ll feel the difference. If you can, try to practice two to three times a week but don’t let unrealistic expectations stop you from doing shorter practices. Do what you can, when you can- be proud of what you do, rather than focusing on what you think you should be doing.

Many people practice yoga as a way to prevent or recover from an injury. We recommend you tell your teacher of this injury prior to your class so you can be instructed on how to modify each movement. Please speak to a health professional about any concerns before attending classes.

At our studio, we offer pre and post natal yoga classes for all our pregnant yogi’s. Please speak to your physician about any concern you may have, prior to taking a class.

There isn’t one correct way to do a pose. There is some exploration that you will do in order to find what works for our own bodies. Developing this body awareness takes time and practice, so don’t rush it! Listen for the in-depth instructions and variations offered from our professional instructors, and remember yoga is not meant to feel pain- listen to your body. If you experience any sort of sharp pains or pinching, slowly come out of the pose.
