Bio:
Hi, my name is Lara, the founder of this studio. I have been practicing yoga for over six years, but my love for movement has only grown since then. Gilllian Kessel
@gilliekess
Bio:
I was first inspired to practice yoga as a new form of fitness after years of competitive dance. I soon learned that yoga was so much more than the physical workout and fell in love with the holistic practice. Yoga complimented her fitness-based lifestyle by bringing me peace of mind, gratification of the body, and grounded her spiritual being. My naturally easy-going personality and dance background lead to classes that are creative, but technical, with a balanced focus on increasing flexibility, building strength, and inspiring a body-based spiritual journey.

Creative, Challenging, Joyous
Fun Fact:
I am ambidextrous - I am left hand dominant, but use my right hand for most tasks (so ambidextr-ish)
